Service Delivery Policy:

All digital products, including training videos, online modules, and platform access, will be delivered electronically via email immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment. Access may be granted through a private YouTube playlist or a secured learning portal. If you do not receive your access credentials within the specified timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellations are only permitted before access to the product is delivered.

Once access has been granted or the content has been viewed, the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to our official support email before access is activated.

Refund Policy:

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our product. All refunds will be processed via the original payment gateway and automatically returned to your debit or credit card within 5 business days.
Note: Refunds will not be applicable after 14 days or if more than 30% of the content has been accessed or consumed.

Terms & Conditions:

All training videos and educational materials are hosted on private platforms and are only accessible to paying customers. By completing your purchase, you agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission from Emzek Sdn Bhd. Please ensure your email address is accurate and active to receive access.

Governing Law:

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Privacy & Remarketing Policy:

We use Facebook Ads Remarketing, Google AdWords Remarketing, and TikTok Ads Remarketing to advertise across the Internet. These platforms place a cookie on your browser to display ads based on your past visits to our website. This cookie does not identify you personally or provide access to your computer. It simply indicates, “This user visited a specific page; show them ads relevant to that page.”
If you do not wish to participate in our remarketing campaigns, you may opt out by adjusting your preferences in the respective Ads Preferences Manager.
